Sewing toiles and making mistakes

A very ugly cupped corset toile by Megan Nielsen

Well friends I’ve been frantically sewing and it’s time for the next episode in Sewing my Daughter’s Dream Prom Dress! We’re up to episode four, and i’ll be sharing all about the cupped corset toiles I have been making as well as the mistakes i’ve made, all the lessons of learnt and how that helped me move on to the next stage in the development process.

I’m really loving working on Bunny’s ball gown – it’s been such an overwhelming and yet enjoyable experience. I feel like I am learning so much, and I can’t believe how much i still have to learn! I hope you are enjoying coming along with me on this journey, and if you have any questions at all or advice to share let me know in the comments.
