Olive & Opal Maker Round Up | Part 2

Olive & Opal maker round up

We’ve loved showing you the gorgeous Olive & Opal makes from some of our favourite makers these past few weeks. The time following a release is always so exciting as we slowly see all of you get into your patterns! We had so many incredible makes we wanted to share that we’ve got a second maker email to share with you!

Take a look at these beautiful makes, and be sure to tag #MNopal or #MNolive and @megannielsenpatterns on Instagram when you post your own! We’d love to see and share your makes!

WHAT SHE MADE // View C Olive blouse and View C Opal shorts!

WHY WE LOVE IT // What’s not to love about this beautiful top with ruffles and puffy sleeves! The best part is that it’s been repurposed from two yellow gingham vintage dresses!

Star's Opal shortsWHO // Star from @wellfibre.

WHAT SHE MADE // View C Opal shorts.

WHY WE LOVE IT // We love how the simple patch pocket adds a little element of difference to a wonderful basic short!

WHO // Sylvia from @theravelout. You can also check out her review of the Olive pattern on her blog The Ravel Out.

WHAT SHE MADE // View B Olive dress with a super cute tiered skirt and side ties.

WHY WE LOVE IT // The colour! The frill! Sylvia’s smile! It’s such a beautiful take on the Olive dress! Be sure to take a look at her website for a little explanation on how to create her waist ties to help cinch in the waist!

Gyasti Opal View CWHO // Gyasti from @gyasti.

WHAT SHE MADE // View C Opal shorts.
