Sudley Sewalong Schedule

Sudley sewalong schedule

Hey everyone! Although Sudley has been around for a little while, we’ve never done a sewalong for the pattern…can you believe it?! So of course, as we introduce the updated and extended sizing Sudley this month we thought it would be the perfect time to do one!  I’m so excited to help walk you through making your Sudley dress or blouse.

We will be breaking up this sewalong step by step and will take you through all the various parts of each view.

Here’s the full list of posts in the Sudley sewalong:

Here are a couple of posts you also might find useful:

Don’t forget to tag your creations with #MNsudley and @megannielsenpatterns when sharing on social media, and check out what everyone else is up to!

Can you do a post on sourcing fabric, I love the fabric choices for your new long sleeve samples so will be great to learn where you got theses.

Will you be covering bust adjustments? I’ll need a FBA even with the extended size range and I’m intimidated by the absence of darts.

Loving the new long sleeves. If you wanted to adapt the sleeve in the older version is it a case of just extending the length or is the width/shape altered in any way. I’ve had this pattern for a while and somehow never got round to making it. Receiving your e.mail of revised edition with a sew a long reminded me of what attracted me to the pattern, It jumped to the head of my make nine list and is cut out ready to go. …Yeah
