I want to make a matching one for myself :-) I am also thinking if I make it again I might make View B with a little ruffle skirt attached for my daughter.

The mommy and me matching potential, and the longer length tops and good coverage for the little ones.

How quickly it went together and the great fit.

I also made the view D bottoms for both kids (size 3 and size 6) and plan to make coordinating rashguards for them to wear too. I think I’ll try using view B to make dancewear for my older daughter.

Variety of options for a one piece (view A & B), as well as the mix and match potential with views C & D. So many combinations in one pattern!

Made

View B – Full suit with high back

Her favourite thing about the pattern

I loved all of the tips on sewing swimwear that really helped prepare you before you even began. Many patterns don’t go into the details of swimwear fabric and methods of finishing, etc and I appreciated all the “education” at the beginning of the pattern booklet! I also loved the actual swimsuit. It is simple and perfect for an active swimmer or kid who loves to really play in that pool or ocean! I can’t wait to make more versions!

Who

Katie you can find her on Instagram @zyzoaustralia.
