Video tutorial // How to make a flower crown

How to make a flower crown // video tutorial // Megan Nielsen patterns

I’ve had so many questions about the flower crown i made for our childrens pattern collection lookbook, that i made a little video tutorial for you! YAY!

Let me know if you like this style of tutorial – this is my first video tutorial, and i’m interested to see if you like this, or prefer regular step by step photo tutorials.

I love how this crown turned out – it’s rustic and beautiful and i literally had to pry it out of my daughters hands when it died. I think next time i make one i’ll use dried or fake flowers so that it can be used as a dressup!

This is a great option for flower girls for weddings or even a cute family photoshoot. It’s easy and crazy cheap. The supplies i purchased cost less than $10 and i still have enough to make many more crowns. The flowers were from my garden :)

I hope you enjoy the tutorial!

Great tutorial! The crown is really pretty, very subtle – I love it, I’ll try to find similar flowers and will probably make one for myself!
