Print at home fabric stash note cards

Megan Nielsen Fabric Note Cards // The easy way to keep track of your fabric purchases. Simply print at home, fill out all the details of your fabric, pin in place and you're done!

Don’t you hate it when you buy a gorgeous piece of fabric that you lovingly stash away for later – and when it comes time to use it you’ve forgotten what it is, how much it was, how to care for it and what on earth you were going to use it or. How frustrating!

A few years ago we released these fabric stash note cards as an easy way to keep track of all the vital details of your fabrics – and now we’ve made them available as a print at home digital file! That means you can print out as many fabric notes as you want and use them over and over! There are 8 cards to a sheet, so you could even use them as a catalog by not cutting out the individual cards, and instead stapling swatches next to each fabric description and file them in a binder.

A great way to remind you of:

  • The date of purchase
  • Price per yard (or metre)
  • Yardage bought
  • Type of fabric
  • Care instructions
  • Whether you’ve preshrunk the fabric
  • And any ideas you have for future projects.

Could it be any easier?
