Workroom Peeks: Shoot Prep
Sometimes i get so caught up in working, that i forget to share with you what i’m working on. Which is rather ridiculous, considering this blog is here as my diary of what i design…
So right now i’m in the throws of preparing for a little lookbook shoot for my maternity designs. I feel like this has been a long time coming, and i’m really excited to finally get some properly modeled shots of my those designs. Thanks to the joy of Pinterest, i’ve been having fun putting together a little inspiration board for the feel of the shoot, and I feel like everything has come together so well, perfect photographer, perfect model, perfect hair and makeup. oh and did i mention flowers? yes. I just can’t wait!
We’ll be shooting next week – which means it’ll still be weeks before i have final shots – SO i thought it might be fun to share a few sneakpeeks of the samples.
I added some new designs which i’m pretty excited about, and right now contemplating whether to release as patterns. It’s always a hard decision to make!

Hey Meg, I checked out the links for the shoes. Theybare extremely pricey I must say. Did u get them while you were in the US?
Hey Lisa! I actually only got them a few weeks ago, they ship to Australia for a flat rate. Yes they are veeery pricey, no denying it hehehe :) I got lucky and found a really good discount coupon, but i think i would have gotten them regardless. Every time we do a lookbook i always think how much i’d like these shoes to complete the look, so i finally decided it was worth taking the plunge! I’m always so fussy about how i want things to look that I think it’s going to work really well to have a set of good shoes to chose from when we do shoots. Now the real problem will be how to stop myself from wearing them! XOXO
