Toddler Leg Warmers From Knee High Socks

Bunny is more than a little obsessed with legwarmers at the moment. That is totally cool with me – i have a lot of love for legwarmers. So I knocked her up a few pairs from some of my old knee high socks.

It was so easy! Here’s what i did…

Grabbed some old knee high socks from my college days (yes i wore these with maryjanes… i know i know… i was 17 hehe) and then I just cut the socks above the heel. That’s it!

Things then took a turn for the hilarious when she declared they were also arm warmers. hehe I love my little girl, she is too cute

I’m working on some knitted leg warmers for a friend’s baby. I love the idea of doing some from old socks! Looks like I’ll be making a few more pairs than I thought!

I’ve made some of these where you use the fabric from the foot between the toe and the heel to make cuffs for the raw-edged end. These are so much simpler!
