Tiny Vacation
Just wanted to let you all know that I’m going to be taking a little vacation from my store for the next few weeks. Which means that all existing orders will still be shipped out, but I won’t be taking any new orders for a month or so.
Basically, I’m really worn out. I ramped up things a lot this season, took a lot more orders, and suddenly my passion project has become almost a full time job. Something I never intended. So to be honest, I’m tired, and overwhelmed with the business side. The additional administration work, the dealing with suppliers and manufacturers etc etc has become hard to manage.
So I’m just taking a little break to recharge, and focus on the creative side rather than the business side for a bit.
I don’t want anyone to freak out – I still have stock for Sunburnt Country, I am not shutting down the season or anything like that, I just won’t be selling it for a month or so. If you’d like to be notified when I reopen – you can sign up for that here.
I will also still be blogging, and sewing. But I hope after a little break from the business side of things, I can come back energized!

Oh dear, sometimes things turn out to be a little bit different of what one expects, in this case the business part not your amazing talent. I´m glad that you´ll still blogging and showing us your great sense of style and creativity.
Rest a lot but most of all HAVE LOTS OF FUN.

Oh no! I definitely know what it feels like to be burnt out. Hope you get the rest you need. I’ll be patiently waiting for orders to resume so I can order the Jewel Sea Skirt. :)
